The owner of Palm Web Design not only has the credentials of years of experience with computers, problem solving, and design, but also made the commitment to build upon prior skills and talents to achieve what very few others have – a college degree specifically in CIS/Web Design (and with Honors). Dave also served as one of only two students, on the Student Advisory Board at FMU in Orlando for the Computer Information Science Department Chairman.

Before deciding to focus on Web Design and Development, Dave worked for a major computer manufacturer, as a PC and laptop technician for corporate and business clients. “This taught me a lot about computer hardware, software, and several operating systems. I developed knowledge and skills that would be of benefit later in computer system networking and working with Web Sites. While working there I became A+ and MCP certified, and was chosen to serve on the company's Tech Advisory Board, from its inception”.

In addition to launching the entrepreneurial Web building business of Palm Web Design, Dave has also founded and headed the Web Developer Society, which is a Central Florida business networking group for people that are involved in the Web field as a career. The Web Developer Society meets to discuss Web related topics, trends, and technology, and to share ourselves as resources for each other in knowledge and work.

Palm Web Design not only serves our own clients, we also do work for several other Web Design firms, providing them with graphics, layout and design, Flash design, and technical help with team projects. Rather than directly competing, we master our abilities to help each other and to provide clients with high quality solutions from a team of expertise.

Palm Web Design has also been focusing on expertise in Web projects that are more detailed or involved than basic Website design, including Flash Web Design, Intro Pages, Flash graphic headers, and artistic animation with Flash as a technology. We provide Streaming Media capability for Windows streaming media content and Web video as well, through our Web Design and our Web Site hosting services.
